Shipping

While I always try to process orders as soon as I can, it may take me up to five business days to be able to send your order.

Items will be shipped using Australia Post’s Express parcel service. This allows for a tracking number. At the moment Australia Post is not guaranteeing next day delivery. Please see their website for more accurate times. At the time of writing, it may take up to 6 days to receive deliveries in some states.

Please make sure you allow sufficient time to receive your delivery. If you are not sure, please contact me before purchase and we will se what we can do.

Shopping experience

I want you to be happy with the items you have purchased from Quietude Project and ask that you contact me if you are unhappy in any way with your purchase or shopping experience. Your feedback is appreciated and I will endeavour to work with you to resolve any issues and to improve future customer experience. Please keep in mind our refund and return policy, below, when making your purchases.

Payments

Payments are to be made using PayPal in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Refund and Returns

It is essential that you make contact with me via email, prior to any returns. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for any return postage.

According to Australian Consumer Law, refunds and replacements are not required if you simply change your mind, so please choose carefully. However, if the item has a problem you can choose from a refund or exchange. Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt.. The ACCC identifies a problem as being:

  • “a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it

  • is unsafe

  • is significantly different from the sample or description

  • doesn’t do what we said it would do, or what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed…..”
